My passion for serving others is at the core of who I am. This dedication has led me to become an agent of healing and positive change. I believe that true healing and transformation begin with a foundation of trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I prioritize creating a judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. With a collaborative, nurturing, and compassionate approach, I strive to create a welcoming environment for each person I work with. My warm presence and genuine interactions help clients feel at ease, making the therapeutic process a comforting and empowering experience.

I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages, using a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to foster growth and lasting change. My goal is to help clients develop personal insight, build healthy coping skills, break dysfunctional patterns, and enhance their overall well-being. To meet each client’s unique needs, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness techniques, tailoring interventions to support their personal goals.

I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, bullying, relationship challenges, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, coercive control, grief, chronic health issues, perinatal challenges, and substance use disorders. I also have experience working with children and families navigating disabilities, health challenges, medical trauma, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder.

I know that seeking support is a big step, and I’m here to make the process as comfortable as possible. Together, we’ll explore your unique needs and find the best path forward. When you’re ready, contact me for a free consultation. I’d be honored to support you on your journey and look forward to working with you!
